Detoxification
Detox regimes are excellent for clearing up a number of health conditions. Nutritionists and Naturopaths recommend detoxification diets for when patients’ systems are over-loaded and they are suffering from sluggish livers, dull skin and eyes, lack of energy and constipation. Detox is also recommended when people have been over-indulging and want to restore energy, health and vitality by re-vitalising their systems. Detox diets mainly consist of fruit, raw vegetables, “live” yoghurt, and plenty of water.
